My favorite color will always be pink, but wearing black, denim, and accessorizing with classic pieces makes me feel chic. My peplum top is flattering as the neckline and waistband point towards the center of the blouse. I paired denim jeans from Anthropologie with this look because the beaded trim is, well, beautiful (lol). I’ve dressed the suede heels up and down in the past. In my opinion, they keep the fun texture of the pants going all the way down to my feet.
I chose lighter colored sunglasses to match the gold stitching on my pants, and the hoop earrings contribute to the outfit’s color palette. Last but not least, the purse. My great-grandmother previously owned this piece, and when I spotted the bead-covered bag lying in a storage box, I instantly fell in love. While it usually serves as a decoration on my bedroom dresser, I think it’s the perfect finishing touch to this outfit.
Special thanks to my brother, Alex, for recording this footage and taking these photos of me the other day in Dallas. I loved editing this video and hope I can create more in the future! Thank you so much for reading; if you’re a returning reader, I genuinely appreciate your feedback and support.
Until next time,
